Country Music Festival
Welcome to Port Lincoln's second major country music festival held on the Adelaide Cup long weekend in March 2007. The Peter Kittle Toyota Western Country Music Festival is brought to you by a team of people who feel passionately about country music and passionate about Port Lincoln as the perfect place to host such an event.
Like last year, the festival promises to be an exciting event, with 17 artists performing over the two-day period. The event is being held at the picturesque Port Lincoln Racecourse, a short 5 minute drive from the city center, where catering and free camping are provided during the two days.
Port Lincoln itself, is set on the beautiful shores of Boston Bay in South Australia - an easy 45 minute plane trip from Adelaide or relaxing seven hour trip by car. The city is very well serviced with a full range of accommodation, from budget to five star and has a variety of eateries to cater for all tastes. There is plenty to do either side of the country music festival, so why not make this a longer holiday and explore all that Port Lincoln has to offer.
